You can do this workout at home no matter your weight, size or shape. All you need is your will, patience, and a car tire. Yes, you heard me right – a car tire.
An abandoned tire is used to squat and lunge. You can do 2-3 sets of 10 reps. This exercise works on several body groups at once, namely glutes, hamstrings, quads, calf and back muscles. Hold the tire steady to avoid distorting your form as you lunge and squat.
